Skilled Nursing Facilities- Our goal is to provide coverage to every skilled nursing facility in the state of Tennessee. Our portable equipment allows us to provide comprehensive eye exams including dilated retinal exams and glaucoma screenings to seniors in skilled nursing facilities. If needed, we are able to see patients in their wheelchairs, room or even in their own bed. We also fit, prescribe and dispense high quality prescription eyewear and have a selection of Low Vision Devices to aid those with reduced vision due to macular degeneration or diabetes. .
Assisted Living Communities- Although many living in assisted living communities are physically able to travel to see a doctor, we eliminate the hassle of having to travel to see a doctor by providing convenient, comprehensive eye care in the comfort of their facility.
Correctional Facilities- We currently provide eye care services to five correctional facilities in the state of Arizona. In addition to eyeglass examinations, we also provide complete medical eye care services including diabetic and hypertensive retinal screenings. By coming on site, we save the correctional care system and the public, thousands of dollars in transportation and medical expenses by greatly reducing the need to transport patients out of the facility for eye care consultations and services.
